Can't access my dashboard

  I can log in to WordPress but I can’t access my dashboard. When I click on dashboard, the system kicks me back to the log in page. When I try logging in on that page, it claims my user name or password is incorrect. I’ve reset my password four times trying to resolve the issue but get the same error every time. I’ve also tried three different browsers with the same problem on each. http://www.quaintlore.com

  Hi there,
  You have posted to the wrong support forum. We cannot help you here at WordPress.com with that site as it’s not being hosted by WordPress.com and we run on different software. This is the correct forum for your software http://wordpress.ORG/support/ If you have not registered a WordPress.org username account yet you can do so on the top right hand corner of the page I just linked to so you can post to those support forums.

  Thanks. I’m new to wordpress and am finding it rather confusing. If I look at the URL right now, it claims I’m on wordpress.com, which I believe is the one I want. If I try logging into wordpress.org, it claims I don’t have an account with them. Do I need to create an account with them in order to access my dashboard? I accessed my dashboard fine for the past three weeks without an account at wordpress.org.

  I hope you can help. I read the information about WordPress.com vs WordPress.org and am still not sure where I’m supposed to be.

  Go to the footer of your theme and on the far right hand side find “WordPress” and click it.

  Your blog is a self-hosted WordPress blog.

  WordPress.ORG is the keeper of the WordPress software – they are not a host – you can not ever get from WordPress.ORG log-in to any blog directly
