Can't access my dashboard/profile (but I'm logged in). What's going on?

Epic issue.
My website (in construction) is still there and “as functional” as when I left it.
But I can’t access the dashboard.I get the following message:
The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.
I AM logged in as administrator.
Can’t access my own profile either!
Looking into all email related to the website, the only “weird” thing is a recurrence of WordFence, saying:To preserve the integrity of your website we are not running Wordfence auto-update.
You are running the LiteSpeed web server which has been known to cause a problem with Wordfence auto-update.
Please go to your website now and make a minor change to your .htaccess to fix this.

Alternatively you can disable auto-update on your website to stop receiving this message and upgrade Wordfence manually.But I’m not sure if it’s related (and in any cases, I CAN’T change anything, can’t access the dashboard!)
So I thought it might be a (as said) a technical issue and I only had to wait a little… but days / weeks have gone by and it’s still there! I can’t update my stuff, can’t modify my page, NOTHING!

Hi Démie, sorry you’re running into trouble there! These forums are for the free sites using our managed hosting service, which can be quite different from running your own WordPress installation at another host.
I’d recommend checking with your host to see if they can help you restore a backup from when it last worked, otherwise you can check to see if the correct community has run into the issue before.
