cant access my domain

    I’m having trouble accessing my Word Press site. I had a temporary domain something like ‘box2029.temp.domain’ and when I tried to update the domain name to a site specific name I received a 404 bad getaway and now I am no longer to access the old site nor the new site. Word Press

    This is WordPress.com forum, It seems like your website is using the open source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) which is hosted elsewhere rather than WordPress.com. Which means, WordPress.com staff are limited to access the file hosted elsewhere. Please know more here about the differences https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/

    Please try to contact with your domain registerator and hosting providor they may be able to help you.
