can’t access my domain I bought which is dedicatedk9.com

  My email is (email visible only to moderators and staff) my PayPal transaction ID is 1RX18964K5840322C I bought the starter plan and domain name dedicatedk9.com for $4 per month. I can’t access that right dashboard or account anymore or created a new site, because it says that domain is connected to an existing account (one I created with a provided template thing) it shows no purchase history, sites I made, or that I own a domain name, even I bought it! Please help me I am very disappointed which my experience.

  The answer very simple: you are logged in to the wrong account. Log out from current and log in again to the account owning that site.

  You can use the Transaction ID to restore access to the account owning thet site, as described at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-help
