can't access my domain name

    Hi,
    I can’t access my domain name and create the webpage. I had the domain name transferred to wordpress but still am unable to use it. The address is: trevandlisa.com Can you help me figure out why I am unable to create anything under this address? Thank you Lisa

    Hi there,

    At the moment your domain is still pointing to Hostgator. That’s why it is not working.

    You need to log in at your domain registrar where you bought the domain. It looks like that is enom.com. You can find their instructions here:

    http://www.enom.com/help/faq_dns.asp

    Then you need to update the domain’s name servers. You can also ask their support to do this for you.

    The name servers should be:

    NS1.WORDPRESS.COM

    NS2.WORDPRESS.COM

    NS3.WORDPRESS.COM
