Can't access my domain name
-
I originally had a squarespace website and domain package. I then used the same domain on my new squarespace site (while it was still hosted by wordpress). After months of working, my email address with G suite on squarespace ‘(email visible only to moderators and staff)’ stopped working. I spoke to someone on squarespace and they looked up my domain name which is now apparently hosted by wildwestdomains.com. I never signed up to them and am trying to access my domain name to connect to my website email address on G suite. I have no login details and am not sure why wordpress sold on my domain name to a third party without notifying me of the new access details. I am losing a lot of business due to this. Hope that makes sense. Any help would be much appreciated.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi Rebecca,
Your domain has technically been registered with Wild West Domains the entire time. WWD is our domain reseller and acts behind the scenes to register and manage domains for us. So, yes, your site is still registered with us here at WordPress.com and WWD is our registry partner that we work with to handle your domain.
What is your domain URL? I do not see it under the account you are contacting us from. If you have another account, please post in this thread under that account so that we can take a look at what is going on,
Thanks!

Thank you for your help.
My URL is http://www.rebeccasturgess.com
Which is the one I paid for with WordPress and can’t find. When I am logged in the one: Rebecca sturgess.wordpress.com is the only one visible and this is the only account I have with WordPress, so I’m not sure why I can’t find it. -

Hey there,
I was able to find the domain and it is indeed under a different account than the one you are contacting us from. You do not remember creating another account?
What I can do is e-mail the address associated with the account so that you can check all of your e-mails and see which one receives the message. All you would need to do is respond from that e-mail to verify ownership. Then, I will definitely be able to assist you in regaining access.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks!
