Can’t Access My Domain Name Again In My Account In WordPress.com

  It is so sad and heavily disappointing that suddenly, I can’t find my domain name suddenly in my account on WordPress.com as I want to quickly renew it before it expires soon. After much search and check all through the account portal, I contacted Support Live Chat and showed all the payments history of the domain name renewals since year 2021 till date, availing all the receipts numbers which includes the most recent payment invoice for last year 2025 renewal #101801225, the AI chatbot stated I have to pay for premium pricing to be able to connect with human support agent. This is so frustrating and unexpected of such a popular brand.
