Can't Access My Domain to Change DNS

    My site is registered to WordPress.com (I was just billed for my renewal two months ago). However, when I go to https://wordpress.com/domains/manage or even end up at the URL after following links from my domain and clicking on “My Site” and then “Domains” a screen comes back telling me there are no sites registered to me.

    I’m wondering if anyone has seen anything like this or if I’m missing something very simple. I’m just trying to change my DNS and have done it in the past to set up email.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Hello!

    Is mikedobrien.wordpress.com the domain you’re referring to, or another?

    Is it possible you have another WordPress.com account?

    Either way, I’ll tag this post for the moderators. I’m sure they’ll be able to help you.

    Hi there,

    Are you speaking of mikedobrien.com? Were you logged in as this account when you tried to make the changes, or as a different account?

    If you’re logged in as the mikedobrien username account you should be able to manage the domain from My Site ->Domains, as the domain is definitely registered to you and is correctly connected to your site.

    You can also try this direct link:

    https://wordpress.com/domains/manage/mikedobrien.com/dns/mikedobrien.wordpress.com

    If it still won’t load, please try clearing your browser cache and cookies, and also make sure that JavaScript is enabled in your browser.
