Can't access my domain to renew.

  I received a notice that my site needed to be renewed. When I log in my site doesn’t show on my site list. When I add it, it says it’s owned by someone else.

  Help.

  You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog to access the blog’s dashboard, renew or cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. https://en.support.wordpress.com/manage-purchases/

  If you are not logged in under the correct username account clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies and then login under the correct username account.

  Hi there,

  The account you’re using to post here owns no WordPress.com sites at all and is not even a user on any site. You have never purchased any upgrades from us.

  The domain, samroderick.com, belongs to the username, sroxaschua. The domain expired on 18 February and is currently in redemption with our registrar. They charge a $80 fee to restore a domain from redemption, so I’ll need sroxaschua to post here and agree to that fee before I can attempt to recover it.

  I can only redeem the domain at sroxaschua’s request, so please log in as that account and reply here.
