Can’t Access my domain to renew. In my profile it’s still using temp domain

    Hi, I’m not a technical person and need help for this.
    When transferring my WordPress installation to Bluehost I was asked to use the temporary URL. Now I have my real domain and been using it for almost a year. Now my domain is almost expired and I don’t know how to renew it. I can’t access through my wordpress, because in my account my site still using the temp URL. Im confused. My domain registrar is Auttomatic, Inc.

    I don’t see a domain on this account. Can you try logging out, then log back in using the email address that gets renewal reminders? That one should let you access the correct account.
