Can’t access my media. Pictures, etc.

  When I click to go to ‘Medial’ from the link in the left-side bar, I get nothing but an error. ‘We’re sorry, something must have gone wrong’ or such. Why can’t I get to the Media? The only time I see it is when I upload something.

  I checked from this end, and I was able to get to your media library at that link, so this could be an issue in your browser.

  Can you check if clearing the browser cache makes any difference? If you’re using any browser add-ons, also temporarily disable those in case one of them is causing the problem.

  Let me know if that doesn’t help. In that case, also please check if using a different browser makes any difference. It would also be good if you can tell us if the media library at https://example53663.wordpress.com/wp-admin/upload.php loads for you.
