cant access my old account

I cant access my old account because the email adress i used no longer works
I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

Hi! Could you send a link to the site you’re trying to access?
If the site is hosted here on our servers this may help:
You may also be able to log out and log back in with the email address that gets notifications and whatnot.
Or, for your own copy of WordPress with a different host, ask your host for help with this:

i am trying to access my old wordpress.com account so i can access the website i built to publish with wordpress. The email i used was (email visible only to moderators and staff) but that email account was deleted. Is there anyway i can access my account?

Is there any way i can have that website i built (email visible only to moderators and staff) transferred over to this new wordpress account?

Hi @montclarefranklin, could you send a link to the site itself so we can see what options are available? Is it this?
https://agronbelica.wordpress.com/To transfer ownership or regain access, you’ll need one of these proofs of ownership:
https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-formYou might also reach out to your former email provider to see if you can re-create that account.

Yes, but i’ve unpublished it i don’t know why that is showing. Anyways, I built it on wordpress so how can i transfer the website i have built to this new WP account?
What will you need from me for confirmation?
Thanks!

Hi there,
So, https://www.globalnewscentre.com/ is not hosted with us here at WordPress.com but is rather with Cloudflare. So, you would need to reach out to them as they would have access to your account and will be able to assist you further in regaining access to your site:
https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/200172476-Contacting-Cloudflare-Support
Once you gain access to that site, you can move your site from self-hosted to WordPress.com, you can follow the instructions on our support page here:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-from-self-hosted-wordpress-to-wordpress-com/
If you also want to still use your current domain once you transfer your site, you can follow the instructions here:
https://wordpress.com/support/move-domain/incoming-domain-transfer/
Or you can keep the domain hosted where it is currently and utilize the connecting upgrade:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/connect-existing-domain/
Please take a look at our support instructions and let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks!
