  Hi, I can’t access my old accounts. I don’t receive the log in link in my email. Email is (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can follow the steps for account recovery here:

  Recover Your Account

  This will work if you have the original email, transaction ID, or the original activation link.

  You can also try the account recovery form:
  https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery

  Unfortunately, if you aren’t able to provide the original email, transaction ID, or the original activation link, it isn’t possible to recover the account. This is a strict policy as a security measure to protect WordPress users from third parties who may be trying to access their account.

  Hi there,

  Our logs show the password reset emails for that account are being sent and are being delivered successfully. Please check your Spam folder, and also any other filters that might be active in your email account.

  If you can’t find those emails, the account recovery form linked to above is the only other option.
