can’t access my own domain

  I own the domain marinpupiltransportationagency.org and it is registered via wordpress.com.
  I had a hosting plan with wordpress.com but the site was actually hosted elsewhere. I cancelled the wordpress.com hosting plan a few weeks ago I am not able to access the domain.

  I am not able to upgrade the hosting plan as the hosting plans page is blank.

  This also means that I cannot contact tech support.

  When I try to register the domain, this is the message.
  This domain is still active and is not available to map yet. Please try again later or contact support.
