cant access my page

  I redid my computer, word press was deleted, I tried to re-down load WP but it wants me to start a new page, I cant link it to my web site to edit it. I can only do the wordpress/admin and the options are limited

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That looks like a WordPress.org site, which we really can’t help with here.
   
  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_vs_WordPress.com
   
  WordPress.org has complete documentation and support at https://wordpress.org/support/

  So why does the .org site say I’m not a user but I can log into it from the .com site

  Well, first of all, if it was a WordPress.com site, you wouldn’t be able to delete by simply redoing your computer.

  Second, WordPress.com is never downloaded like the WordPress.org version.

  And finally, that domain is hosted with Bluehost. I suggest you contact them for support with your issue.
