    I opened a blog account. I wrote an introductory blog post, but now your site says I haven’t written any pages or published anything. What’s going on?

    I clicked on the link above and was told such a domain doesn’t exist. I thought I had opened an account called Utopia or Survival. I have no idea where the box5203.temp.domains came from. Is there a way to actually speak to a human being who can walk me through what I need to do to use my account?

    You’re posting in the forum for free sites hosted at WordPress.com. Are you sure your site isn’t hosted somewhere else such as Bluehost?

    I thought my blog domain name was Utopia or Survival. Now, I’m being told its box5203.temp.domains/~strzmjmy. Also, I wrote and published an introductory blog post, only to be told that I have not created any material or published anything. What is going on?

    AAAGGHHHHHHH!
    Now, I’m getting emails to which I cannot reply. WTH? No, it was not with Bluehost. I have already had the same problems with them and cancelled my account. Why isn’t there a phone number or live chat so I can have somebody walk me through the process? I’ve already seen the voluminous forms, steps, etc. and every time I try one of them, I get asked to open an account (already have) or this or that.

    If the purpose of WordPress is to make it possible for people to connect, why is it impossible to actually connect with someone who can help me figure out what’s wrong with my account? The irony is beyond comprehension. I actually found a phone number to call, and guess what? There was a recorded message that told me I could either fix things myself, on line, or I could do it through email. Well, if I was capable of fixing things with your countless links, I would have already done so. Meanwhile, every email I get tells me I can’t reply. What am I supposed to do, now?

    Can you reach out to them if that’s the site you need help with? I don’t see any other sites on this account.

    If you did create a site hosted here at WordPress.com, it’s not on this account, but we can help you find it.

    Can you send us the full address so we can look it up? We have about 11,500 sites that start with the words survivor or utopia, but if you can send a link to the site, that’ll help greatly.
