  Please help me access my portal to my website, have not been able to log in with my user name and password

  Hi there,

  The site gtransportservice.com appears to be a self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) site on Hostgator hosting, and not a site on WordPress.com.

  You can confirm here: https://gwhois.org/gtransportservice.com+dns

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities, but the essential difference is that we don’t have access to all WordPress sites, only the ones hosted on our WordPress.com servers. See http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ for more info.
