Can’t access my second blog

On my computer I am unable to access my second blog.
I am able to get to it on my phone but it no longer allows me to switch between sights on my PC.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Looking over your account it appears the other two sites owned by your user had been set to hidden.

I’ve since set both of those sites to visible for you and I’m now seeing your user has the access to switch between them from the My Sites link at the top of your dashboard:
