Cant access my site

    When I try to access my site I get the message ‘Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection’. I don’t know what I need to do next, when all I really want to do to set-up a second site from scratch

    Hi there!

    You’ll see this error when you have connected to your WordPress.com account a site hosted elsewhere, using Jetpack plugin and the connection got broken. You can either reconnect or remove that site from your account:

    Homepage

    If you want to add a new WordPress.com site, click on My sites>Add a new site.
