    It sounds like you’re experiencing a 500 Internal Server Error on your WordPress website, which can be caused by several factors, especially if you’re unable to access the WordPress dashboard or log in. Here’s how you can troubleshoot and potentially fix the issue:

    1. Check for Plugin or Theme Issues: Sometimes, a conflict with plugins or the theme can cause the site to crash. To check this, try deactivating plugins or switching to a default WordPress theme (like Twenty Twenty-Three) via FTP or your hosting file manager. If you can access your website via FTP, navigate to wp-content and rename the plugins folder to something like plugins-old. If this resolves the error, you can reactivate plugins one by one to identify the culprit.
    2. Increase PHP Limits: The 500 error may be caused by PHP memory limits being reached. You can try increasing your PHP limits by adding the following line to your wp-config.php file:phpCopy codedefine('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');
    3. Check .htaccess File: A corrupted .htaccess file can cause a 500 error. You can reset it by renaming the .htaccess file to .htaccess-old and then trying to access your site. WordPress will generate a new .htaccess file upon visiting the admin dashboard.
    4. Review Server Logs: If you still can’t identify the issue, access your server logs to find more specific error messages. Your hosting provider may have error logs in your cPanel or they can assist with this.
    5. WordPress Login Issue: If your login credentials aren’t working, you can reset your password via phpMyAdmin or use the “Lost your password?” option on the WordPress login page. If that’s not possible, contacting your hosting provider for assistance in regaining access to your WordPress account may be necessary.
    6. Jetpack and WP.com Connection: If you’re using Jetpack, you may need to disconnect it from your site by accessing your site’s file system via FTP and disabling it. Sometimes, issues with Jetpack or WordPress.com can lead to login problems, so checking the connection may help.

    If none of these solutions work, reaching out to your hosting provider for further investigation might be necessary. They can often help identify server-side issues that could be causing the error.

    The site you mentioned is not hosted here at WordPress.com, so we’re not able to offer any assistance. You’ll need to contact your current host, which appears to be quick.net.au.

    That said, the suggestions @jacksamm1987 made are definitely worth trying.

    Thank you for the clarification. I’ll reach out to Quick.net.au for further assistance. And thank you, @jacksamm1987, for the helpful suggestions—I’ll give those a try as well!
