I think you have a browser related issue. Please see here https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/
If you are not successful please post
(a) Exactly what kind of device you are using to connect to the internet and to WordPress.com.
(b) Exactly which browser (and version of it) you’re using by checking here if necessary http://supportdetails.com/

Hi there,
The username, ctownsend, is not a user on the site, pylcsea.com. Your username account is not a user on any WordPress.com site.
There is also no pending invitations to your email address or username on that site. If you are supposed to have access to that site you’ll need to contact the owner and ask them to invite you.
If they invited you using a different email address you’ll need to log in as the WordPress.com account using that email address, or change this account’s email to that address if you don’t use the email address connected to this account any more.
