cant access my site

i cant seem to access my site. knottyparawear.com was done thru wordpress.com.. when i try useing the knottyparawear.com/wp-admin/index.php it tells me page doesnt exsit.. i was just on it yesterday???? any help anyone????

We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted sites. Our support docs do not apply to

As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.

you really should read what people type not just part of it…. i have a wordpress.com account!!!! i logged into it yesterday… when i went to log into it today its goes to an error screen saying server has timed out…
im not new to word press ive been using them with my premier account for well over a year.. my account is supposed to be paid up till 2019.. but now its like i dont even have a page at all..
so now my question is whom can i speak to that can get my page back or explain why i no longer have a page here!!!!! -

Everyone who has a wordpress.ORG software install and who uses the Jetpack plugin has to have a wordpress.COM account so so they display on the My Sites wordpress.com account page.
However, that does not mean their content is on wordpress.com servers because it isn’t. It is on the servers of their web host.
knottyparawear.com is hosted by SteadyCloud: Web Hosting & Cloud Servers, not by wordpress.com. Have you contacted your web host yet?

i have but what im talking about is my word press page were i could go to my dashboard and and plugins and themes or add new items.. if i try to login to the knottyparawear.com/wp-login.php i just get get an error telling me this page cant be reached. i dont get the login box or anything

I think you didn’t get the word from the post of timethief. I think that you CAN’T get through .com/wp-login.php simply because, as timethief has said, your blog is NOT hosted by wordpress.COM but, instead, by a self-hosted version that run on wordpress.ORG with Steadycloud host-service. Therefore, the .com/wp-login is accessible only by user with a wordpress.com blog, and IT DOES SEEMS you are not one of those (i’m not telling this to upset your feeling, i just read the previous posts and that is my rational conclusion, it does seems thus for real!).
If you have your blog on Steadycloud host, then you have to “go there”. Just move to that different site and try to access onto your blog from there ;)
If you continue to believe, by the way, that you have a blog on wordpress.com and you shall have the access to .com/wp-admin, i don’t know what to say. After having read the post of timethief, this last thing seems to me a paradox.
