Can't access my site

When I go to leanmeporfavor.com/wp-admin and Login the login screen will show up again and I will be in a loop. If I go to the website it shows that is offline. any ideas how to solve this?

http://www.leanmeporfavor.com and I did all the setup at wordpress.com why is showing on your end that is a unified layer…. don’t know
