  I lost my password and emails and user name are apparently not registered. What should I do?

  I believe you have a self-hosted WordPress.org site and not a WordPress.com site.

  You can try resetting the password for your website –
  https://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_Password

  If that does not work, please contact your hosting provider (BlueHost) for help.
