can't access my site

    I keep trying to get to my site. Logged in. But I keep getting the message “Sorry. Having a problem fetching your reader subscriptions.” I have tried to to the chat feature, but it isn’t working.

    Hi there, Live Chat and email support is available for sites that have a WPcom upgrade plan active. If you are eligible, you can post at https://wordpress.com/help/contact

    In general, it does sound like a browser issue. Have you tried logging out of WPcom, clearing your browser cache and cookies (which will also log you out of any o ther site you are logged into) and then closing and reopening your browser.

    Make sure that 3rd party cookies and javascript are enabled.
