Can’t access my site after trying to uninstall and reinstall jetack
-
I couldn’t make changes on my site, because JetPack wouldn’t let me in – or send me a lost password. I tried over 20 times. I uninstalled JetPack to see if reinstalling would help. Now WordPress.com says I don’t even have a site! Help!

The site mentioned does not use our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com. Instead, it’s set up on the open source WordPress.org software which is something different.
This page talks about this differences in more detail:
Help with that site comes from https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
The domain is registered by GoDaddy and it’s hosted with Host Gator.

That’s weird – I don’t have an email that works with WordPress.org. It’s not recognized. When I uninstalled JetPack (I clicked the option to say I would be re-installing) I got the message that I don’t have a site anymore. Would that be a reason that nothing is showing up?
I keep trying to request a new password for the email that I have under WordPress.com and I’ve tried in WordPress.org and a never receive the password reset email. I’ve checked all the spam and promotion folders.
Very confused and just want to be able to make changes on the site. Any other ideas?

Hi there,
Yeah, there is an issue with your Jetpack connection:
https://tools.jetpack.com/debug/?url=http://uvhsd.com
Are you trying to reconnect your site to Jetpack?
Also, do you know the login credentials for your site through wp-admin dashboard?
Please reach out to our Jetpack forums if you are wanting to reconnect your site to the plugin:

Thanks,
