Can't access my site as the administrator

    Hi there,

    My blog ‘franciscolozano’ (https://franciscolozano.wordpress.com/) was designed by me and I have been its sole administrator since its creation. However, yesterday I tried to access the administration site of the blog and it is not possible. The system tells me: you do not have the necessary privileges to access the panel for “franciscolozano”.

    However, I am the administrator of this blog. Please, can you help me to log in again?

    Howdy,

    The issue is that the WordPress.com user account you are posting from is not the owner or admin of the site you are trying to access. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the site. You’ll need to log into THAT user account in order to make any changes.

    If you do not have access to that second account, here are a few options:

    Hi there,

    Thanks again for the help that you are trying to give me so that I can regain my access as administrator of the web that I created.

    Today I received an email from you in which you give me some options to be able to complete this recovery process. The third of these options is the following: “The WordPress.com account activation link, which we sent to your email address when you first registered with us.”

    Therefore, here is a copy of the link that you ask me, which I received from you in 2018:
