Can’t access my site because when I log in it says I have no sites
-
I have a portfolio site, piercewolcott.com built on a WordPress.com premium plan that I infrequently update. The last time I touched it was in 2020. I tried to go and update it yesterday, but when I logged in with Gmail SSO the admin dashboard said I had no sites or billing history. I know it’s the correct email because I checked the notifications from when I tried to access it in 2020. I also know it’s still active as I was recently charged for it at the beginning of August. I’ve tried the support bot to get help, but it’s been over 12 hours and no support agents have responded. I think maybe it’s because it doesn’t recognize that I have a premium plan and doesn’t queue me up for human support. Not sure how to proceed. Any advice would be helpful.

I have a hunch that this might be because it’s the first time I tried logging in with Gmail SSO instead of email and password, so maybe it created a new account with the same email?
Also I have the transaction ID of the last renewal, but the account recovery procedure just tells me to use “Forgot Password” to log in, which doesn’t solve the issue.

Log out of this account and log back in with the correct username and correct password associated with that username.
