Can’t access my site both website and admin yesterday

    Q1: Yesterday, our website was unable to access the page and admin for a period of time. This problem also occurred before, and it returned to normal after using kinsta backup. Why it happens and how to do with it? Because we have not change any thing on our site.
    Q2: Our kinsta shows that our current version is PH7.4, and their version is PH8.0. If we do not update our version, an error may be reported. Should we update this, and how should we update it?

    We are unable to help because we don’t host your site directly on our WordPress.com managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we’re unable to provide support. But I can get you pointed in the right direction.

    The good news is that because you use the open-source variant of the WordPress platform (which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com), help is available at the community forums here:
