Can't access my site, my dashboard.

    I can’t access my site and my dashboard, It’s the third time I’m trying to contact support and the message don’t go through.
    It is saying that my domain is: topcoatdotco.wordpress.com but I already bought top-coat-blog.com almost a month ago. Never had problems before.
