Can’t Access My Site On My Laptop

This is driving me crazy, I’ve chatted with Godaddy twice and they were unable to help. For some reason, when I log in to any of my WordPress sites on my laptop, the wp-admin redirects to a blank wp-login.php. I can get in to the back end of the site by going through GoDaddy, but then when I get there I am unable to do anything. If I try to update a plugin it says ‘Update Failed: 0’. I can’t even upload media anymore. If I do it on my phone and another laptop using the same wifi, and it works fine. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled Chrome and cleared the cache, tried using Microsoft Edge instead, but nothing works. It’s got to be something with my computer because it doesn’t appear to be the browser or the ISP. I used to be able to access it just fine on this laptop but then one day something changed. Please help!

Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com but instead a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted at GoDaddy. We cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.

I would recommend checking Windows Defender or any other anti-virus, anti-tracking, anti-malware, or other security programs installed on your laptop as it appears the problem is with your particular computer and why your host wasn’t able to help.

    Best of luck!
