Cant access my site or edit it.

  Hi, when I want to view or edit my site I get a message saying ‘This site is private. You need to log in to the preview to see it’.

  When I try to log in it says ‘Unknown email address. Check again or try your username’. and I get the same message when I attempt to reset my login details.

  PLEASE HELP!
