can't access my site or load the customizer

hey,
I just created this blog called therealfatboyadventures.wordpress.com and for some reason I can’t preview the site anymore or even load the customizer. It just says the site can’t be reached, err_connection_refused. I’m using wordpress.com so I’m not writing code or anything. Just a simple free theme. It used to work just fine but as of today it suddenly seems the site isn’t even online. I didn’t make any changes. I tried looking for solution and a lot of sites suggested the plugins as a cause but I’m using the free version so I can’t even add plugins. I did add my instagam to the blog with the customizer when I made the blog and it worked just fine but now I can’t even load that to delete my Instagram so I can’t even check if that’s causing the problem. I have no idea what to do,The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I’m sorry to hear that you’re going through this. Now, I am able to access your site, so this could have something to do with your browser. Depending on your browser, (for example, sometimes Chrome gives this message if you have been browsing the Internet for a while) there are some things you can try.
Try some of these steps to troubleshoot:
1. Close and re-open your browser
2. Make sure you have the most up to date browser
3. Clear your browser’s cookies and cacheYou’ll also want to make sure that JavaScript is enabled on your browser as your browser could be blocking necessary WordPress functions. See this support doc. for a few more steps:

I posted after you to make it clear that this blogger does not need to get back to us Volunteers. If he is not successful then he needs to provide relevant operating system and browser details (see above) and then type modlook into the sidebar for Staff support, so there is no time waste involved in getting a resolution to his issue. -

thanks for the quick responses. I’ve done all the things you guys suggested but it’s still not working. I have some more ‘weird’ details. Yesterday I had a feeling it was my wireless router causing the problems so I connected to the internet via ethernet cable and it worked again. But after 10 minutes i was unable to access my blog once again. For some time I was even unable to access these forums. After that I tried accessing it through a different browser but still no luck. Even trying to access it through my mobile data plan wasn’t working.
I’m using the latest version of chrome on a windows 8.1 toshiba laptop.
Was also unable to access my blog on my samsung phone or my friends Iphone. Somehing else, Whilst trying to access it on my friends Iphone it did direct me to a page saying: This domain name ‘ fatboyadventures.wordpress.com’ may be pending for final approval.
The address of the page displaying this message is thongbao.vnnic.vn.
I’m currently living in Vietnam. Could this be a Vietnamese issue?

Sorry to hear you’ve been having trouble with this. I’ve had a look at your site and I’m able to load to the Customiser without any issues. This suggests the issue is either with your browser or network connection.
Since you mentioned having the same trouble using another browser, that points towards the network connection. Were the other devices you tested on connected to cellular data? If so, can you try connecting to another network. For example, work or a friend. Or one you know is stable?

This message is being by displayed by a third party rather than WordPress.com — there is a chance it is being served by your internet service provider (ISP).
Let me know if you have any luck connecting to another network.

The issue is solved!!!!!
After trying everything without success I was about to give up on wordpress and remake my blog on another site but then I finally realised what it was.
It was censorship. I found out Vietnam actually censors certain sites and wordpress seems to be one of them. I added the dotVPN chrome extension and boom…problem solved!!! Hopefully it won’t happen again.
