Can't access my site or log in

  Please help.
  Haven’t worked on my site in ages.
  You guys dis auto update in May this year.
  My site is down and I can’t even log in.
  My site is hosted by RSAWeb and they said the issue is on your side.

  What’s going on there?
  Do I need to upgrade to get help?

  I battled to contact you guys and resorted to opening a free blog on WordPress just to get through to this page.

  I’m sorry to hear you are having trouble! You mentioned that RSAWeb is hosting your site. That means you are working with a self-hosted WordPress.org site instead of the WordPress.com-hosted version supported here.

  I would recommend searching on the WordPress.org support forums for similar issues. If you cannot find anything that works, you can start your own thread. The .com and .org forums are completely separate from each other, so you will need to register an account there if you haven’t done so already. When creating a new thread, please be sure to include as much information as possible, such as your website address and any error messages you are receiving; this will help the volunteers provide better assistance faster.
