cant access my web page

  I am receiving this message when trying to access my page.
  You don’t have permission to access / on this server.
  Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
  I see no problems from web host or domain provider, i have also recieved no emails to suggest why this is happening
