Can’t access my website

I haven’t logged in for a while, and when I tried to log in to my website, it says ‘The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.’
Can you please assist me on this?

When I tried to access my wp dashboard, it would only say “Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection”. If I click on the wp-admin, it redirects me back to ‘The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.’
Checked my email and I received no emails regarding this
