Can't access my website

  When I attempt to access, I receive this message: ‘This site is marked private by its owner. If you would like to view it, you’ll need permission from the site owner. Request an invite and we’ll send your username to the site owner for their approval.’

  Hi there,

  If you are indeed the site owner, and are logged into the WordPress.com account attached to the site, you will be able to view it.

  To change it from Private to Public, please follow these steps (after logging into the account):

  Go to: https://wordpress.com/settings/general/

  Scroll down, and change the Privacy setting, then click ‘Save Settings’

  Thanks, but when I follow your instruction I receive a message that says that I don’t have any WordPress sites yet. I click that I’d like to start one. Then enter the domain name I already have through WordPress and get the message “This domain is already mapped to a WordPress.com site.” Dead end! Would appreciate any other ideas. Again, thanks.

  You’re welcome. Sorry that didn’t help. Please be sure you are logging in with the correct WordPress.com account.

  To help further… please let us know the domain name, and I will tag someone from staff that has more access to look deeper into it. We’ll do our best to get this resolved for you! :)

  I seems you are not logged in under the correct username account as if you were you could use live chat support. https://en.support.wordpress.com/live-chat/ All sites with upgraded plans include access to live chat support. https://wordpress.com/help/contact At times when all operators are busy or unavailable, you’ll be able to get through to private email support.
