Can't access my website

    Hello, my website trollentalons.fr (blog) has become inaccessible, and I don’t know why. I no longer have access to the trollentalons.fr/wpadmin console but I can still find my blog articles via wordpress.com. The “customize” tab on WordPress that includes a preview is inaccessible. I changed the blog theme to check if it could be the problem, but it’s still unavailable. I also checked on OVH, and my domain name and hosting appear as active. Have you an idea of what happened and how to solve the problem?

    Hi,

    It appears that your website uses the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com, which is what this forum is designed to help with. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    You may be able to find help here: https://wordpress.org/support/ or alternatively contact your hosting provider.
