  Might sound to easy, but are you using a desktop server?
  If so, try to restard it. Had same issue recently.

  Note there is no telephone support at WordPress.com and this forum can only assist with sites hosted at WordPress.com such as https://progersdesigns.wordpress.com/. What is the address of the site you’re looking for and is it hosted here?

  @travelcadoauthor, thanks for your help. These forums are for the free sites using our managed hosting service, so our admins are taking care of all the server end stuff. In cases like these, the original poster is usually just logged into the wrong account. If they haven’t included an address, we’ll ask for that so we can help them from there.
