Can’t access my website

  Please help, I can’t view or log in to my website. How can I access it?

  It is http://www.dozzell.net

  When I try to log in via wordpress it doesn’t recognise my email that is registered to this website. I have had this website for 1 year and had no problems before. I also can’t log into the wordpress admin page when I write my URL and then /wp-admin as usual.

  If you can help, it will be greatly appreciated!

  Hi there,

  That site isn’t hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source version of WordPress at another hosting provider. That’s why you don’t see it when you log into WordPress.com – that site has no connection at all to your username account with us.

  To log into that site’s dashboard, you need to go to http://www.dozzell.net/wp-login.php, and log in using the unique username/email and password for the admin user account on that site. Those won’t be the same as the credentials you use to log into your WordPress.com username account.

  If you’re not sure what your admin account credentials for that site is, please contact support at your hosting provider. They should be able to help you reset those if needed.
