Can’t access my website/account

  I had a free WordPress account which I was using for my website. An year back my hosting services got disabled and I lost my automated backup from hosting service provider (didn’t have any personal backup) for the website. Now I have enabled my hosting service and I wanted to use my website from wordpress to migrate it, but when I try to login my wordpress account. It says you’re account is deleted. I tried filling the form to recover it but it says the website url that I’m trying to access isn’t valid(even though my hosting is enabled).
  I don’t know how to recover my account or login into that to access my website data.

  What is the link of where you’re looking to log into?

  https://ghumowithgalhotra.com/ – the hosting may have been restored, but has the WordPress.com installation itself (the files and content) with Hostinger also been restored?
