Can’t access my website and blog

A pop up asked me about Jetpack- and not thinking I used it (am not overly competent) I selected to disconnect it. Now I cannot access my website or blog at all?? I login and it says I have no website. Can you help?

Thanks. Unfortunately it says I dont have any sites which is why I can’t do as you suggest. Yet my website is still live so I just can’t connect to it?

That’s correct. Since your site was disconnected, technically you don’t have any sites under your account.
NOTE: WordPress.com does not host your site – we’re the connection that helps power the features you have in the Jetpack plugin and allow you to publish to your website from WordPress.com.
You can’t reconnect a Jetpack site from WordPress.com. You need to log into your site and follow the steps linked above to reconnect it to your WordPress.com account.
