Why do I get redirected to jdiakiwsblog when I try to enter my diakiws blog? They seem to be tied together some way.
Because jdiakiwsblog is not a user on the diakiws blog. As far as the system is concerned, the blog is not yours, so you are redirect to a blog you do have access to.
Can those deleted posts be reinstated any way?
No, they were deleted by the owner of the blog.
Surely we can prove it is my blog other than by the email
No, we can only accept an email from the address on the account or your API key as proof of ownership.

Photos cannot be used to prove ownership.

Why do you say your career depends on that blog? Why don’t you just start another one and start blogging? Within a couple of months the new blog will outrank the old one on searches and POOF! Mission accomplished without needing into the other blog. You can even get a custom domain if you want.

I am the owner of the blog, Incontrovertibly by any measure other than I do not know my email address it was registered on . The username on the account is my name, Jerry Diakiw . The blogs name is my name , the blog profie photo is me, all 75 years of me, , the posts chronicle my trip from capetown to cairo wirh multiple ictures of me and since may posts ad photos of ad by me on my istanbul to china overland backpackng trip. What a bizarre dilemma.

Trying to remember the email we originally signed up for diakiws. Blog . Can you give any more hints to the email besides that it is dia. . . @gmail.com
Given such overwhelming evidence it is my blog surely some tips are in order . Goung crazy trying to remember . Is my first name or part of it in it? How many letters? Any numbers?
Also if I ever do get back into my blog can I reinstate deleted posts ?
Are you certain that there was only one email ever attached to diakiws blog?

I have gone back to google and searched for lost username and found suspect gmail address that is the problem. My email address for diakiws blog turns out to be (email visible only to moderators and staff) and I can now access it. I would never hae solved this had you not provided the hint about te beginning spelling and the fact it was still the original email.NOW , ONE LAST PROBLEM. Can u help me recover my 25 or so posts inadvertently deleted in mid may?

Unfortunately, the posts you are referring to are gone forever, as they were deleted permanently by the owner’s account.
