Can’t Access my Website: ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR

  Hi! I’m getting this error message saying:
  This site can’t provide a secure connection dearmoneydiary.com sent an invalid response.
  Try running Windows Network Diagnostics.
  ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR
  Could you please help me solve that error? Thank you!
