Can't access my website 'server IP address cannot be found'

    I made a website on WordPress about 2 years ago ‘thecapecodstoryteller.com’ and now when I try to get to it is says ‘server IP address cannot be found’. I can’t even get to my Dashboard because WordPress says my account that I made for that website (username: jenagel, password: [redacted by mod]) doesn’t exist.

    Hi there,

    I see that you at one time had ‘mapped’ that domain to a WordPress.com site. To clarify, mapping is when you connect a domain you own at another company with a site you have here on WordPress.com.

    From what I can see you cancelled that mapping in 2018 (it was included in your WordPress.com Premium Plan) and we issued a refund which you can confirm here.

    We are not able to see what happened to your domain after that, did you possibly take your site to another web hosting provider and set up thecapecodstoryteller.com there? If so you may wish to reach out to your previous web host to see if they can recover your account
