Can’t access my website wordpress admin,Help!

    Hello guys, everything was working fine and all of a sudden i cannot access my admin dashboard anymore, it says sorry you don’t have access to this page. I can login with my admin login details alright but it doesn’t take me to the dashboard, i don’t know what to do, i asked help from my host and they couldn’t help me out. Website is ublyshopping.com

    what can i do to get access back to my dashboard, please help
