Cant Access my Website (WordPress) Page

  Hi WordPress, I want to ask for your help, i received email that my website got a technical issues and made my website crash down, and the recovery mode cant be clicked because its written Recovery Mode not initialized.
  And I cant contact my host page, and the developer not give me my cpanel website user account

  Can you please help me?

  My website is saying there has been a critical error. I got an email to rectify it but when i go through the link to recovery mode its saying not enabled.

  The error was shown but cant undo it.

  Please, how do i rectify this issue

  i have the cpanel login and all

  Please help, my business here is at stake.
