Cant access my wordpress account

    Hi, I am in the process to rtansfer my domain and website frem siteground to Bluehost. But right now I am not able to acces to my wordpress dashboard. I can not see my website any more

    Is this self hosted WordPress? You asking at the wrong forum. Go to the wordpress.org.

    Hi there,

    It sounds like you also pointed your domain to your new provider, before you’ve finished migrating your content. So while your site’s content is still with Siteground, it’s no longer connected to your domain, so there’s no way to access it.

    You’ll need to work with Siteground and Bluehost directly to sort this out – you’ll first need to reconnect the domain to your server with Siteground so you can migrate your content, before you reconnect it to Bluehost.

    Please link to support resources on WordPress.com when replying to users in the WordPress.com forums. In this case the appropriate support page is at https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    Also, giving someone a link to the WordPress.org support forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ is much more helpful that just saying “Go to WordPress.org”. In this case it’s a hosting issue, though, not an issue with the WordPress software, so the WordPress.org forums don’t have any ability to help with this.
