  I’m getting this message on desktop as well as iPad: Error thrown Class ‘UpdraftPlus_Manipulation_Functions’ not found

  Now I can’t work on my website! This is my business so very critical to me, please help!!

  We can’t help you as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform. You must contact Updraft support to solve this problem.

  Hi, thank you for answering, but I’m not sure what this means.
  As far as I know I run a WordPress site, not on wordpress.com but Strato is my host. I have no idea who/what Updraft is…
  So are you saying I should contact Strato to help me with this”?
