Can’t access my wordpress dashboard
-
Hi there I am getting an error that says ‘There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.’ but I haven’t received an email, and I can’t access my dashboard to work out what the problem is. Are you able to look into this for me?
WP.com: Yes
Jetpack: Yes
Correct account: YesThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

When this happens its usually a plugin issue.
I’ve tried looking at my own emails but unfortunately can’t find the url that would allow you access to the dashboard that is used when there are issues like this.
Maybe someone here has the link that you can insert your particular url to access?

This might help if you haven’t done so already:

Hi @thecheekyvino just mentioning that you’ve posted to the community forums for sites hosted on WordPress.com, the hosting provider. You can learn more about the differences in this support guide https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/#are-wordpress-org-and-wordpress-com-the-same-thing
Your WordPress site is hosted with Hostgator so we can’t really help you since WordPress.com doesn’t have access to your files or server. Here’s a guide published by Hostgator about this error https://www.hostgator.com/help/article/how-to-fix-the-critical-error-on-your-wordpress-website and if you need further help with your WordPress website, you’ll want to check in with your hosting provider or the good folks over at the WordPress.org support forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
